Get in Touch
There is no ticket system here and no contact form that quietly goes nowhere. Every route below is an email address that a person reads, usually the same person who wrote the page you were looking at.
What Do You Need?
Picking the right route gets you a faster answer, mostly because it lands in the right part of one small inbox.
- Suggest a Sound Tell us what it is and where it came from. A link to the original clip is the single most useful thing you can include, because nothing gets a button here until someone can write down its origin.
- Report a Problem With a Sound A button that does nothing, a clip that cuts off early, audio that is not what the page says it is, or a write-up with a fact wrong in it. The report page has a separate route for each, and every sound page carries the same menu.
- Copyright and Takedowns If you own a clip on this site and want it gone, the takedown page explains exactly what a notice needs to contain and where to send it. Rights holders get answered first.
- Privacy and Your Data What we collect, what we do not, and how to ask about it. Short version: no accounts, no profiles, and your favourites never leave your own browser.
- Press, Partnerships and Everything Else Writing about the site, want to use a button somewhere, or have a question none of the above covers. Real email, read by a person.
Email and Postal Address
If you would rather skip the routing above, write to dmca@bleepboard.com and say what you need. It is the same inbox either way.

Post reaches us eventually and email reaches us the same day, so email is the better bet unless you specifically need a paper trail. Copyright notices are the exception: those are answered first regardless of how they arrive.
What to Expect
Bleepboard is run by one small team, so replies are written rather than generated, and that takes as long as it takes. We do not promise a response window here because a promise we cannot keep during a busy week is worth nothing to you.
What we can tell you is the order things get handled in. Copyright and takedown notices come first. Reports of a clip that is broken or wrong come next, because a factual error on a page is the one problem this site treats as urgent. Sound suggestions and general questions come after that, and they do get read.
One thing worth saying plainly: if you tell us a write-up has a fact wrong in it, that is a favour rather than a complaint, and it will be checked against a source rather than waved away.
