About the Megalovania sound
Toby Fox wrote this melody years before Undertale existed. Versions of it turn up in a 2008 EarthBound ROM hack and later in his Homestuck work, so by the time it landed on Sans in 2015 it had already been rebuilt twice over. Then it ate the internet. Playing it now signals one specific thing: somebody unassuming is about to become a serious problem, which is why it soundtracks everything from anime edits to videos of very small aggressive dogs. Few game tracks have travelled this far from their source.
