About the TF2 Scout Scream sound
Scout talks constantly, at volume, in a Boston accent, right up until the moment a sniper disagrees with him. He never sees it coming. The death scream is high and abrupt, matching a character whose whole personality is running too fast towards a bad decision. Team Fortress 2's voice work is the reason the cast still gets fan animations nearly twenty years on. Use the clip for any sudden and undignified ending: a game, a bet, a plan that lasted four seconds. It is funnier than a generic scream because you can hear the confidence stop.
